This hands-on workshop invites participants to explore the principles of improvisation through simple creative exercises that focus on listening, trust, and collaboration.
Working in pairs and small groups, we’ll experiment with ways to build something together, without preplanning. These processes reveal how listening, following our impulses, trust, and building on what is there, can transform individual expression into collective creation.
No performance experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have discovered how the improviser’s mindset can enrich our practice, communication, and artistic process.
